Account Policy & Acceptable Use

One account per person

You must use real identifying information. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold. Dealers and clubs may obtain team accounts under separate terms.

Prohibited conduct

  • Listing a vehicle you do not own or are not authorised to sell.
  • Falsifying VINs, mileage, history, accident records, modifications, or EASIQ Scores.
  • Concealing material defects, liens, or salvage / branded title status.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or impersonation of other members or staff.
  • Scraping, bulk-downloading, or reselling market data, comps, listings, or Atlas content.
  • Reverse engineering, probing, or attempting to defeat security, rate limits, or signing of Passports.
  • Using APEX or any feature to generate illegal content, defamatory statements, or scaled commercial output.
  • Off-platform circumvention of marketplace fees once an introduction has been made through EASIQ.

Enforcement

We may warn, hide content, suspend, ban, refer to authorities, and revoke Passports for violations. Severity and intent determine response. Appeals: legal@easiq.ai.

Account closure

You may close your account at any time from settings. We will delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations. Public records of sold listings and verified ownership transfers may persist in anonymised form.
