By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
EASIQ LLC is a Nevada limited liability company and the operator of the EASIQ platform, EASIQ PRO, APEX, Codex, Atlas, Passport, Black Book, Live Deal Mode, and affiliated sub-brands (the "Service"). For purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act and Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), EASIQ LLC is the "business." For purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), EASIQ LLC is the "data controller." Contact: legal@easiq.ai.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information. Name, email, optional phone, city/region, encrypted password, account type (Driver, Aficionado, PRO Single, PRO Location), profile photo, member number, Call Sign, and preferences.
Vehicle Information. VINs, make, model, year, trim, configuration, color, mileage, modifications, photographs, video, service records, ownership documents, insurance documents, purchase records, and other documents uploaded or forwarded to your EASIQ Vault.
Financial and Payment Information. Subscription tier, billing address, payment method type (we do not store full card numbers — these are tokenized and stored by Stripe), transaction history, invoices, and refund records.
Transaction and Deal Information. Live Deal Mode session records, offer history, spec edits, photographs and inspection media, Bill of Sale records, Shake Hands confirmations, and Sale Records frozen on Passports. EASIQ does not collect or process payment funds between buyers and sellers in Live Deal Mode.
AI Interaction Data. Your prompts to APEX, APEX responses, conversation history, feedback you provide on APEX outputs, and metadata about usage patterns. AI interaction data may be sent to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for inference but is not used by those providers for model training without your explicit consent.
Location and Device Information. Approximate location based on IP; precise location only when you grant permission; device type, OS, browser, unique device identifiers; app version; and crash logs.
Usage and Analytics Data. Pages visited, features used, time on each surface, click patterns, search queries, session duration, referring URLs, and similar analytics data.

3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity;
- To process subscriptions, billing, and payments through Stripe;
- To generate APEX outputs, valuations, COMPS Reports, and Passport content;
- To facilitate Live Deal Mode sessions and generate Bills of Sale;
- To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, service notifications);
- To send product updates and marketing communications (with opt-out);
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to legal requests;
- To analyze usage patterns and improve features;
- To enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR Users)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract; (b) legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Service, and detecting fraud); (c) consent (for marketing and precise location); and (d) legal obligation (tax, regulatory, and law-enforcement requirements).
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only as follows:
Service providers and processors. Cloud hosting (Supabase, Cloudflare), payment processing (Stripe), AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), email (Resend), mapping (Mapbox), vehicle data providers (NMVTIS, VinAudit, AutoCheck, CarFax), and analytics. Each is bound by written data-processing agreements.
Other users. Public-facing Passport content (only when you make it public), Marketplace listings you publish, and Live Deal session participants you invite.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to a successor entity, subject to commitments consistent with this Policy.
Legal compliance. When required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
With your consent. For any other purpose, only with your explicit consent.
6. AI Processing and Training Data
Your interactions with APEX may include your prompts, vehicle data, and uploaded media. This information is transmitted to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) solely to generate responses to your requests. Under our agreements with these providers, your data is not used to train their foundation models without your explicit consent.
EASIQ may use de-identified and aggregated interaction data to improve APEX prompts, refine the Codex and Atlas, and develop new features. We may, in the future, fine-tune AI models on user data; if we do, we will obtain your consent and update this Policy.
7. Your Privacy Rights
- Access — request a copy of your personal information;
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information;
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions);
- Portability — request a portable copy of your data;
- Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data;
- Opt-out of sale or sharing — opt out of any sale or cross-context behavioral advertising;
- Opt-out of automated decision-making;
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent;
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights;
- Authorized agents — authorize an agent to exercise rights on your behalf.
To exercise these rights, email legal@easiq.ai. We will respond within timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Typical retention: account data — duration of account plus 30 days after deletion request; vehicle and Passport data — duration of account or until you delete it; transaction records — 7 years (tax and accounting); AI interaction logs — up to 24 months for quality and abuse review; analytics — 25 months in aggregated form; backups — purged on rolling 90-day schedule.
9. Data Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable, row-level access controls, signed Passport payloads, HMAC verification, least-privilege server architecture, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure; use a strong unique password and enable available account-protection features.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Users between 13 and 17 may not use the Service without verifiable parental consent.
12. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the rights described in Section 7, including the right to know categories of personal information collected, sold, or shared (we do not sell), the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. To exercise these rights, email legal@easiq.ai.
13. Nevada Residents
Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of their covered personal information by emailing legal@easiq.ai. EASIQ does not currently sell personal information.
14. EU and UK Residents
EU and UK residents have the rights described in Section 7 under the GDPR/UK GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our representative for GDPR purposes can be reached at legal@easiq.ai.
15. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes by email and/or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
