What APEX is

APEX is an AI advisor for enthusiasts. It draws on third-party large language models combined with EASIQ data (your garage, market comps, Atlas, services directory, valuations). It is opinionated by design.

What APEX is not

Not a licensed mechanic, appraiser, lawyer, financial, tax, or medical advisor.
Not infallible. APEX can hallucinate, misread context, or be out of date.
Not a replacement for professional inspection before purchase, sale, or repair decisions.

Use at your own risk

You are responsible for verifying APEX output before acting on it, especially for purchase decisions, repair authorisations, modification choices, or anything affecting safety or warranty.

How your prompts are used

Prompts and responses are processed by our AI model providers to generate answers. We log them to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve APEX quality. We do not sell your prompts. Where we use prompts for model improvement, we aggregate and de-identify them.

Prohibited prompts

Illegal activity, evasion of emissions or safety regulations, vehicle theft, odometer tampering.
Defamation, harassment, generation of personal data about identifiable third parties.
Scaled or automated extraction of APEX output for resale.

Quotas

Free and paid tiers have different APEX query quotas. We may throttle or temporarily disable APEX for individual accounts that exceed fair-use thresholds.
