EASIQ Appraiser Agreement

Version 2026-05-26 · Effective 2026-05-26

Draft document. This is provided as a starting template and is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel in your jurisdiction review before relying on it.

v0 — placeholder pending legal review. The binding mechanism (acceptance gate, version pinning, immutable audit log, suspension on credential lapse) is live. The wording below is a draft and will be replaced before launch.

1. Independent Professional

The appraiser performs all appraisal work as an independent professional and is solely responsible for compliance with USPAP, state licensing rules, and any applicable professional society standards (ASA, ISA, AAA, etc.). EASIQ LLC is a technology platform and is not the appraiser of record on any report.

2. Credential Accuracy

The appraiser certifies that all credentials, license numbers, designations, and jurisdictions submitted are accurate, current, and held in good standing. Misrepresentation results in immediate suspension of issuance rights and removal from the platform.

3. No EASIQ Endorsement

EASIQ LLC does not employ, supervise, certify, insure, or guarantee the work of any appraiser. All appraisal opinions, conclusions, and signatures belong to the appraiser personally and bind the appraiser, not EASIQ LLC.

4. Records and Workfile

The appraiser agrees that EASIQ LLC may retain immutable workfile snapshots (inputs, comps, AI prompts, output PDFs, SHA-256 hashes) for a minimum of seven (7) years to support USPAP record-keeping requirements.

5. Insurance and Liability

The appraiser is responsible for maintaining their own Errors & Omissions (E&O) and general liability insurance at industry-standard coverage levels. EASIQ LLC does not extend coverage to the appraiser or to any third party relying on the appraiser's report.

6. Suspension and Re-Gating

EASIQ LLC may suspend issuance rights at any time if a license lapses, expires, is disciplined, revoked, or surrendered, or if this Agreement is updated. Reinstatement requires both renewed credentials and re-acceptance of the then-current Agreement.

7. Indemnification

The appraiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EASIQ LLC and its affiliates from any claim arising out of the appraiser's work, including but not limited to professional negligence, fraud, licensing violations, or breach of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
