How to file
If you believe content on EASIQ infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@easiq.ai including:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- URL(s) or other location of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
Users whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information. Repeat infringers will have accounts terminated.
