Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal, less any premium features substantially used (such as multiple Passport issuances).
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with statutory withdrawal rights (e.g. EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), those rights apply in addition to this policy. By starting use of premium features within the withdrawal period you agree the digital service begins immediately and you may lose the right of withdrawal where local law allows that waiver.
