By creating an account, you agree to these Trial Terms in addition to the Terms of Service and Payment & Billing Terms.
1. What the Trial Is
EASIQ offers a 60-day free trial to all new account holders. The trial provides full access to the features of your chosen subscription tier (Driver, Aficionado, PRO Single, or PRO Location) for 60 days from the date of account creation, at no charge.
2. No Payment Method Required to Start
You do not need to provide a payment method to begin your 60-day trial. You may begin using the Service immediately after account creation and identity verification (where applicable).
3. Eligibility
The 60-day trial is available to first-time account holders only. Users who have previously held an EASIQ account (paid or trial) are not eligible for an additional trial. EASIQ may verify trial eligibility through account information, payment method history, IP address, and other available signals.
4. Trial Period Length
The trial period is 60 calendar days from the date of account creation. The trial period is not extendable except in cases of EASIQ technical error that materially impaired your access during the trial.
5. EASIQ PRO Founding Cohort
The first 50 PRO subscribers receive a founding rate ($149/mo Single, $399/mo Location) locked for 12 months from their individual signup date. Upon expiration of the 12-month period, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard list price ($199/mo Single, $499/mo Location). Founding rate availability is limited to the first 50 PRO accounts. Consumer tiers (Driver, Aficionado) are offered at standard pricing with no founding rate or rate lock.
6. Day 55 Reminder
On day 55 of your trial, you will receive an email from APEX reminding you that the trial ends in 5 days. The reminder includes the pricing tier you originally selected, a direct link to add or confirm your payment method, and a link to these Trial Terms.
7. End of Trial — Conversion to Paid
If you have added a payment method before day 60, your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of day 60. The first billing charge occurs on day 60. Subsequent charges follow the billing frequency you selected (monthly or annual).
8. End of Trial — No Payment Method
If you have not added a payment method by day 60, your account transitions to read-only at the end of day 60. In read-only status:
- You retain access to your account, Passport, Vault documents, Garage, and account settings;
- You cannot create new content, upload new documents, post new listings, initiate Live Deal sessions, generate new APEX outputs, or use any paid features;
- Your data remains preserved indefinitely while you remain in read-only status;
- You may add a payment method and reactivate to a paid subscription at any time;
- Member numbers are preserved indefinitely while you remain in read-only status.
9. Trial Cancellation
You may cancel your trial at any time through account settings or by emailing legal@easiq.ai. Trial cancellation immediately ends your access to paid features and transitions your account to read-only status. No charges occur upon trial cancellation.
10. Member Number Reservation
Member numbers assigned at account creation are preserved indefinitely while your account remains active or in read-only status. There is no lifetime pricing lock attached to member numbers; pricing is governed solely by the Payment & Billing Terms.
11. Trial Feature Access
During the trial period, you have access to all features of your selected tier, including: Driver / Aficionado — Garage, Passport, APEX, Atlas, Vault, Codex (read), Scout, Network, Marketplace, Live Deal Mode; PRO Single / PRO Location — all Scanner features, COMPS, Reports, Surface Inspections, Sessions history, Partner referral link. EASIQ reserves the right to limit trial usage of computationally expensive features (such as high-volume APEX queries or excessive COMPS Report generation) to prevent abuse.
12. Trial Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to extend free trial access, sharing trial accounts, or otherwise circumventing trial eligibility rules is prohibited. EASIQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this provision and may permanently restrict trial eligibility for the user.
13. Data Retention After Trial
Your data is retained indefinitely while your account remains in read-only status. If you delete your account during or after the trial, your data is retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule (typically 30 days after deletion request).
14. Modifications
EASIQ may modify these Trial Terms for new sign-ups. Members already in an active trial continue under the version in effect at trial start unless changes are required by law.
