By initiating a subscription or providing payment information, you agree to these Terms in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Tiers and Pricing
EASIQ offers four subscription tiers. Current pricing:
- Driver — US$49 / month or US$470 / year
- Aficionado — US$99 / month or US$950 / year
- PRO Single — US$149 / month or US$1,430 / year
- PRO Location — US$399 / month or US$3,830 / year
Pricing is subject to change. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect at next renewal.
2. 60-Day Trial
All subscription tiers include a 60-day free trial from the date of account creation, subject to the 60-Day Trial Terms. No payment method is required to begin a trial. At day 55, you will receive an email reminder. At day 60, your trial converts to paid only if you have added a payment method; otherwise your account converts to read-only.
3. EASIQ PRO Founding Cohort
The first 50 PRO subscribers receive a founding rate ($149/mo Single, $399/mo Location) locked for 12 months from their individual signup date. Upon expiration of the 12-month period, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard list price ($199/mo Single, $499/mo Location). Founding rate availability is limited to the first 50 PRO accounts. Consumer tiers (Driver, Aficionado) are offered at standard pricing with no founding rate or rate lock.
4. Billing Frequency
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month, beginning the day the trial converts to paid (or the day of purchase if no trial applied). Annual subscriptions are billed on the same day each year.
5. Payment Processing — Stripe
EASIQ uses Stripe as its payment processor. By providing a payment method, you authorize EASIQ LLC and Stripe to charge that payment method for all amounts due. Stripe processes and stores payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS. EASIQ LLC does not directly store full payment card numbers or banking credentials.
6. Accepted Payment Methods
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other Stripe-supported methods. ACH, wire, and check are not accepted for standard subscriptions; PRO Location subscribers may request invoice-based billing by contacting legal@easiq.ai.
7. Automatic Renewal (Autopay)
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, until canceled. By providing a payment method, you authorize automatic renewal charges at the price in effect at the time of renewal. You will receive a renewal reminder at least 7 days before each annual renewal and at least 3 days before each monthly renewal.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that period. Monthly subscriptions canceled mid-month do not receive a pro-rata refund. Annual subscriptions canceled mid-year receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion less a US$50 administrative fee, only when the cancellation is due to verified medical emergency, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstance approved by EASIQ in writing.
9. Plan Changes — Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades. You may upgrade at any time. The upgraded plan takes effect immediately and you will be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the upgraded price.
Downgrades. Effective at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund. PRO Founding Cohort subscribers who downgrade or change PRO tiers forfeit the 12-month rate lock and the new tier bills at standard list price.
10. Failed Payments — Dunning
If a payment fails, EASIQ will attempt to charge the payment method on file up to four additional times over a 10-day period. During dunning, your account remains active. If all retries fail, your account converts to read-only at the end of the 10-day period. Read-only preserves your data but restricts paid features. Reactivate at any time by updating your payment method.
11. Taxes
Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes. Where required by law, EASIQ will collect and remit applicable taxes based on your billing address. You are responsible for any taxes owed in connection with your subscription that EASIQ is not required by law to collect.
12. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. In general: monthly subscriptions are not refundable except in cases of EASIQ billing error; annual subscriptions are refundable pro-rata only in cases of EASIQ termination for non-cause, verified medical or military hardship, or billing error. PRO Founding Cohort subscribers who refund their subscription forfeit the 12-month rate lock; any resubscription bills at then-current list price.
13. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting EASIQ, you authorize EASIQ LLC to provide your subscription history, usage data, and account information to the payment provider in support of the dispute. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension or termination. Contact legal@easiq.ai before initiating any chargeback.
14. PRO Location — Multi-User Billing
PRO Location includes unlimited authorized users at one verified physical address. The principal account holder is responsible for all billing. PRO Location accounts may not be shared across multiple physical addresses. EASIQ reserves the right to verify physical address and to audit usage patterns to detect address sharing.
15. Promotional Codes and Discounts
EASIQ may offer promotional codes, partner discounts, and limited-time pricing. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated. After the promotional period, standard pricing applies. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
16. Receipts and Invoices
Receipts are sent automatically by email and are available in your account billing history. Invoices for PRO Location subscribers are available upon request from legal@easiq.ai.
17. Price Changes
EASIQ may change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect at next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect. PRO Founding Cohort subscribers are exempt from price changes for the duration of their 12-month rate lock only; after the 12-month period the subscription renews at then-current list price.
18. Currency
All prices are stated and processed in United States Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the subscriber.
19. Modifications to These Terms
EASIQ may modify these Payment & Billing Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect.
