Live Deal Mode
The neutral ground where collector deals close.
One car. Two phones. Negotiate on facts.
Shake hands on the record.
EASIQ never touches the money. You handle that. We handle the truth.
How a Live Deal closes
Open the room
Seller opens a Deal Room on the car. EASIQ pulls the VIN, comps, accident history, and APEX verdict. A 6-character invite code goes to the buyer.
Sync on facts
Buyer joins from their phone. Both sides see the same spec sheet, comps, and APEX read in real time. Edit the spec (Cup 2s instead of stock Pirellis?) and comps re-issue instantly.
Shake Hands
Agree on a number. Two-key confirmation locks the deal. EASIQ issues a Bill of Sale PDF and stamps the Passport with Sale Record #1 — frozen, forever.
Hard constraint
EASIQ does not handle money.
No escrow. No card-on-file. No commission. Buyer and seller settle directly — wire, cashier's check, crypto, cash, whatever they agree on. EASIQ's job is to make sure both sides walk in with the same facts and walk out with a clean record.
Like having that friend who knows cars sitting next to you on the driveway — except the friend has every comp, every accident report, and every APEX read in their pocket.

Common questions
Does EASIQ take a cut of the sale?
No. Zero commission, zero escrow, zero card-on-file. Buyer and seller settle directly.
What if we're not in the same city?
Doesn't matter. The Deal Room syncs over the internet — both phones see the same state in real time, wherever you are.
Can I edit the spec for aftermarket parts?
Yes. If the seller put Cup 2s on it, edit the spec sheet. Comps re-issue against the new spec automatically — even when there's no exact match out there.
What does Shake Hands actually do?
Two-key confirmation locks the agreed price, issues a Bill of Sale PDF, and stamps the car's EASIQ Passport with Sale Record #1. The handshake is now part of the car's provenance, forever.
Will you ever handle the money?
Maybe — as an opt-in upgrade, much later. Not now. The no-money rule is what makes Live Deal Mode neutral ground.
