These terms apply to anyone who receives, opens, downloads, prints, or otherwise relies on an EASIQ report — including recipients who are not themselves EASIQ users. By opening or using a report, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the report.
1. What an EASIQ Report Is
An EASIQ report (including PRO Market Intelligence & Valuation Reports, COMPS Reports, Surface Inspection Reports, Vehicle Passports, and APEX outputs) is an information service. It is generated from third-party data, scraped public sources, user-submitted records, and statistical and AI models. It is not an appraisal under USPAP, not a certified inspection, not a title or registration document, not an insurance valuation, not a financing valuation, not a court-admissible expert opinion, and not professional advice of any kind.
2. EASIQ's Role
EASIQ LLC operates the technology platform that generates and delivers the report. EASIQ LLC is not the appraiser, inspector, dealer, broker, escrow agent, lender, insurer, title agent, or counterparty on any transaction. Where a report bears the name and signature of an independent appraiser or inspector, that professional is solely responsible for the opinion and conclusions in the report; EASIQ LLC does not employ, supervise, insure, or endorse them.
3. No Verification of Underlying Records
Records reflected in a report — including service history, ownership history, mileage, modifications, photographs, and counterparty representations — may have been uploaded by the seller, the buyer, a prior owner, or a third party, and may be incomplete, mistaken, or fraudulent. EASIQ LLC does not independently verify the authenticity of uploaded records.
4. Independent Verification Required
Before relying on any report for a purchase, sale, financing, insurance, legal, tax, or other material decision, you are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining an independent pre-purchase mechanical inspection by a marque-qualified technician;
- Verifying title, liens, registration, and odometer disclosure through the applicable DMV and NMVTIS;
- If a certified appraisal is required, engaging a USPAP-compliant licensed appraiser separately;
- Verifying any credential of any named professional with the issuing authority (see the Credential Verification Policy);
- Confirming all material facts with the seller, the manufacturer, and other primary sources.
5. Limitations of AI Output
APEX and other AI components of a report may produce output that is incomplete, outdated, biased, or factually wrong. See the APEX AI Policy. You assume all risk of acting on AI output.
6. No Warranties
The report is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. EASIQ LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EASIQ LLC's total aggregate liability to any recipient arising from a report or its use is limited to the greater of (a) the fee paid for the specific report, or (b) US$100. EASIQ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or diminution in value of any vehicle.
8. Confidentiality and Redistribution
Reports are licensed to the original requesting party for that party's own use and reasonable sharing with their professional advisors and counterparty to a contemplated transaction. Public republication, bulk distribution, scraping, or use as a commercial information product is prohibited without EASIQ LLC's prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Report Recipient Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from a report is subject to the dispute resolution provisions of the EASIQ Terms of Service, including binding arbitration and class-action waiver where enforceable.
